Ingredients:

  • 6.6 lb Munton’s Wheat LME
  • 3/4 lb Muntons Wheat DME
  • 1 oz Hellertau 3.3% @ 60 min
  • 1/4 oz Tettnang 3.7% @ 15 min
  • SafAle WB-06 dry wheat beer yeast

Steps:

  • Boiled 2.5 g H20. Added DME & LME @ 170F. Hops per schedule. Boiled 1h. Cooled to 85F. Strained and added cold H20 to 5.5g. Aerated. 1.048 OG. Sprinkled yeast on top. Let rehydrate then carried to basement.
  • 6/28/20 – fermentaiton has started. ~70F in basement
  • 7/1/20 – 68F, still bubbling slowly
