Cider from Modern Homebrew
Stats:

- OG: 1.054
- FG: 1.005
- ABV: 6.4%
Ingredients:
- 5 g unpasteurized cider
- 6 oz corn sugar
- 5g Ferm Aid K
- 2 tsp Acid Blend
- Cider House Select Dry Yeast
Steps:
- 1.050 @ 55F before adding stuff. 1.054 @ 55F after adding sugar, acid, nutrients. Stirred to blend and aerate. Pitched yeast on top
- 11/25/20 – Cider slightly carbonated. 1.005
- 12/20/20 – Added 62g corn sugar with 1 c water, boiled. Based on online calculator
- Cider didn’t carbonate in the bottles, sadly. Still tasted good.
