- 2oz Kent Goldings 4.8%

Steps:
- Steeped oats and grains in a big bag for 30 min at 150-160F in 2.5g H20. Boiled, added hops and LME, 60 min
- 11/5/18 – Racked to carboy. 1.019@66F. Tastes good. Lighter body, lots of roasted malt flavor.
