Tried to make our last mild have a little more body by increasing the crystal and adding amber DME. Also aiming for closer to 4% ABV.

Ingredients:
- 0.4 lb crystal 80
- 0.3 lb crystal 120
- 0.2 lb black patent
- 0.2 lb special B
- 1.2 oz Kent Goldings 4%
- 0.25 oz Golding 5.6% (old)
- 6.6 lb Munich LME
- 0.2 lb Amber DME (leftover)
- Safale S-04 dry ale yeast
Steps:
- Steeped grains in 150F 2.5 gal H2O for 30 min. Boiled and added all other ingredients. 60 minutes. Chilled to 90F, about 4.5 gal. Aerated then sprinkled yeast on top.
- 6/15/19 – Racked to carboy 1.0195. Ted approved
- 6/24/19 – Racked to keg. 1.0205
